Hello and happy 2025, Neighbors! The real estate market in general has been slow moving. Interest rates have been very challenging to overcome. In December, we only saw one house that sold. It was on the market for 6 days. It was listed for $729,990 and it closed for $735,490. There was also only one house that sold in November. It was on the market for 5 days and was listed and sold for 774,000. December of 2023 two properties sold and the average days on market were 10. the average list price and sold price were both $687,413.

Tis the season of healthy resolutions and the planet fitness that is where the old Best Buy was is open! There is lots of brand new equipment and even a spa. It’s open 24 hours from 5am on Monday-9 pm on Friday and open 7am -9pm on Saturday and sunday.
