Hello, friends and neighbors! I would love to give you some stats on our housing market in Austin Ridge, but unfortunately, there have been NO sold listings in January or February. As of this morning, there is one listing that is coming soon and 3 other listings that are active under contract. I will have some stats for you for March and April. In general, interest rates have been ticking down. Last friday we were at 6.85%. I’m hoping this trend continues. I am also seeing more inventory hit the market as we roll into the spring market.
