2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3 Tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
6 ounces cream cheese
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup chicken stock
Ground black pepper
Melt the butter in a sauce pan and add the olive oil. Sautee the minced garlic. Stir constantly and monitor the heat so it
doesn’t burn. Add heavy whipping cream
and chicken stock to the pan and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese
and simmer until melted and well-combined.
Season with black pepper.

This is an amazing way to fancy up any dish. I have used it over Parmesan crusted pork chops, broccoli, sirloin steak and mashed cauliflower and it has been amazing every time!
