Keto cheddar garlic biscuits
Ingredients:
1 ¾ cup almond flour
2 Tablespoons coconut flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
*put all of these together and sift them!
½ cup sour cream
2 eggs
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese
Garlic butter ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Pre-heat the oven to 375°. After you sift the flours, baking powder and
salt together, combine the sour cream, melted butter and shredded cheddar cheese
with the dry ingredients. Mix until
everything is incorporated. Scoop
spoonfuls onto a pan lined with parchment paper. Top with parmesan cheese and bake for 15-17 minutes.
Mix ¼ cup of melted butter with 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
and ½ teaspoon salt. After 15-17
minutes, baste the butter mixture over the biscuits and then bake for another
minute or 2.
