Chicken breasts- I used 2 large ones and cut them to make 4
thin ones

1 cup mayo

½ cup parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon minced garlic

Salt and Pepper


Pre-heat the oven to 375°.  Put the chicken in a dish where they fit, but
are not on top of each other.  I used a couple
of pie dishes.  Use a bowl to mix the
mayo, parmesan cheese, minced garlic and salt and pepper together and slather
this mixture on the top of each piece of chicken.  Bake for 30-40 minutes until the topping gets
to a golden brown color. 

I paired mine with some toasted cauliflower rice and roasted Brussels sprouts.  Mine came is at a little less than 3 net carbs per serving, but I suggest downloading Cronometer to plug in your exact ingredients to figure out your nutritional facts.  Enjoy!
